Your Role As Head of Commercial Property Management, you will provide direction, structure and leadership across the department.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor and develop the Commercial Property Management team
• Oversee departmental operations, performance and service standards
• Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and accountability
• Support the team with training, complex matters and escalations
• Manage workloads, recruitment and onboarding as the department grows
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Partner with senior leadership to drive compliance, profitability and long-term growth

To be considered, you will require:

• Extensive experience within commercial property or asset management
• Proven experience leading and managing a commercial property team
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management operations
• Experience implementing systems, procedures and process improvements
• A demonstrated ability to improve team efficiency and performance
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people-management capabilities
• Confidence managing complex matters, escalations and senior stakeholders
• Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• A calm, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
• A Queensland real estate registration or licence
