  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, supporting materials and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and upload program documentation in SharePoint, ensuring information is organised and kept up to date.

  • Coordinate day-to-day program logistics and administrative activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate program records, trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Delivery Managers and other stakeholders to keep administrative activities on track.
  • Provide broader administrative and coordination support as program priorities change.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple meetings, schedules and competing priorities.
  • Confidence coordinating with stakeholders across different teams and levels of an organisation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and document-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive, practical approach and willingness to take ownership of administrative activities.
