HR Adviser

We are currently seeking HR Adviser to join our team on a full-time basis. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $80,000 will be offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide human resource advice and support to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding
• Collaborate with managers to create effective recruitment and hiring processes including advertising for job vacancies, arranging interviews and conducting screenings.
• Training managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques and recruitment procedures.
• Advise managers on employee performance, disciplinary matters and workplace relations.
• Discuss terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees.
• Design, implement and improve company and employee policies, employment agreements and HR procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, awards and agreements.
• Coordinate the appointment process for potential employees.
• Evaluate and update job descriptions.
• Use human resource software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly.
• Act as the point of contact for managers and employees and respond to human resources queries from employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations including responding to requests, queries, or problems and facilitating conflict resolutions.
• Write and present information briefings on a range of human resource related topics.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Hold relevant qualifications at a Bachelor level or higher
