Rostering/Customer Service Coordinator - SAH

We are presently working with a well-respected, community service organisation who service their local communities with the provision of quality, responsive and compassionate care.

We currently have a locum role available for an experienced SAH Rosterer/Customer Service Coordinator located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Someone who is proficient in Alaycare would be highly desirable and can hit the floor running. Start asap - December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rosters, client schedules and service allocations
• Match staff to client needs while managing utilisation and travel time
• Respond to client, family and staff enquiries
• Provide administration support to the General Manager and wider Home Care team
• Assist with compliance, reporting, audits and record keeping
• Support referrals, intake, onboarding and staff compliance processes
• Assist with payroll, invoicing and general office administration

About You

• Experience in rostering, scheduling and administration within Support at Home
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• AlayaCare experience highly desirable
• Experience in Home Care, CHSP or Support at Home
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
