ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing casual opportunities with full-time hours
- Day, afternoon and night shifts available
- Multiple opportunities available across asphalt crews, including Rake Hands, Skid Steer Operators, Roller Operators and Truck Drivers
- Competitive rates plus penalties and allowances
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in asphalt paving, road surfacing and maintenance projects
- Perform general labouring duties including raking, shovelling and asphalt preparation
- Assist with profiling, patching and spray seal operations
- Operate plant and equipment where licensed and competent
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience within the asphalt, spray seal, civil construction or road maintenance industry highly regarded
- Roller, Skid Steer, Loader and Excavator tickets highly regarded
- HR/HC licence highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
