About the Role:
Securecorp is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for Full time positions based in Broadmeadows a leading pharmaceutical site.
This role is suited to a confident operator with at least two years’ experience, capable of managing CCTV, access control, incidents, and communications in a high-risk, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety, accuracy, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems with precision
- Assess and respond to security risks in real time
- Coordinate emergency responses and liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and visitor records
- Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors
- Operate two-way radio systems and deploy security personnel
- Participate in training and simulation exercises
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a control room environment
- Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
- Strong admin skills and computer literacy
- Experience in high-pressure environments and fire panel systems
- Proficiency in Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, PassagePoint (or similar)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- ASIC Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Hepatitis B & Influenza certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and within a team
