The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established GP territory across Melbourne’s South East and Bayside, representing a strong portfolio of prescription medicines and building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.

We’re open to experienced pharmaceutical representatives as well as high-performing sales professionals looking to make the move into pharma. What matters is your ability to build relationships, learn quickly and deliver results.

The Role

• Manage and grow an established GP sales territory
• Promote a portfolio of prescription medicines to General Practitioners
• Build strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute an effective territory business plan
• Deliver engaging, compliant clinical and product discussions
• Use territory insights and customer data to identify opportunities
• Achieve sales objectives through consistent, quality customer engagement

About You

• Pharmaceutical or GP sales experience highly regarded, OR a strong track record of sales achievement in another industry
• Degree qualification in science, nursing, pharmacy, business or a related discipline
• Confident, engaging communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, competitive and motivated by results
• Organised and capable of effectively managing a busy territory
• Curious, coachable and keen to continue developing
• Full Australian working rights and current driver’s licence
