The Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Katherine team on a full time, permanent basis. Based on site, you will provide essential administrative support across our quarry, concrete plant and weighbridge operations. As a key point of contact for employees, contractors, customers and visitors, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site while delivering a professional and responsive service. Working closely with site leadership and operational teams, you will manage a broad range of administrative activities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist employees, contractors, visitors, customers and other external stakeholders as the site’s first point of contact.
  • Manage incoming phone and email enquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Complete accurate data entry and maintain site records, databases and document-control systems.
  • Support daily operational administration across the quarry, concrete plant and weighbridge.
  • Assist with purchasing, procurement, customer order processing and accounts-related administration.
  • Work closely with site leaders to support efficient, safe and well-organised site operations.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • SAP experience desirable (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a site-based, operational environment with early starts (6.30am-3.30pm) and some Saturday work
  • A reliable, adaptable, and team-focused approach
