- Lead payroll assurance, compliance and remediation projects end-to-end
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct payroll reviews, industrial instrument analysis and compliance assessments
- Use data analytics to identify risks and remediation requirements
- Implement audit recommendations and strengthen payroll controls
- Deliver reporting and recommendations to senior decision-makers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering payroll assurance, compliance, remediation, or payroll transformation projects
- Strong project and program management capability, including governance and reporting
- Experience interpreting industrial instruments, awards, enterprise agreements, or legislative requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex payroll data
- Experience implementing audit recommendations, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across HR, payroll, finance, risk, and executive teams
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex organisational environment
