An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Admin / Team Assistant to join a high-performing Commercial team within a leading corporate organisation.
Working alongside senior leadership, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a busy and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in aprofessional services or corporate environment who enjoys variety, senior stakeholder interaction and taking ownership of their work.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Seniors Leaders and Executive Directors
- Proactively coordinating complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing expenses, invoice processing and reconciliations
- Preparing, formatting and coordinating business documents, reports and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate document management and filing systems
- Coordinating meetings, team events and broader team activities
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, external law firms and third-party providers
- Providing administrative support across projects and workflow requirements
- Providing additional support across the wider team during busy periods
About You:
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Corporate Secretary or similar
- Experience within a corporate, legal or professional services environment
- Strong diary, meeting and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of your team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
