About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced EPMO Change & Operational Readiness Specialist to join a high-performing Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of organisational change initiatives and the seamless transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.

Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you will lead and support change management and operational readiness activities, helping stakeholders embrace change, maximise adoption, and realise project benefits. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and change sponsors to ensure effective engagement, communication, capability development, and operational preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate change management and operational readiness strategies across key projects.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments using recognised methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR.
  • Support project teams in the development and execution of change management plans and operational readiness activities.
  • Partner with business leaders, project managers and sponsors to drive successful change outcomes.
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement and training plans that support adoption and capability uplift.
  • Build and support change champion networks and equip leaders to effectively manage change within their teams.
  • Monitor change adoption, business readiness and benefits realisation activities.
  • Audit organisational performance against change management and operational readiness frameworks and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure project governance requirements, frameworks and continuous improvement principles are embedded and adhered to.
  • Support the transition of project deliverables into sustainable business-as-usual operations.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change and operational readiness initiatives within complex project environments.
  • Proven experience transitioning projects into operational or business-as-usual functions.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, including PROSCI ADKAR or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks and project delivery lifecycles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience developing and delivering communication, engagement and training strategies.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI) will be highly regarded.
  • Project Management qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
