Omni Recruit is working with a Newtown wing restaurant serving crispy wings, tenders and loaded sides to one of Sydney's liveliest crowds. We're looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who keeps the line moving, the standards high and the team laughing.

What you'll be doing

• 👨‍🍳 Leading kitchen shifts and running the line

• Keeping quality and consistency spot on

• Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage

• 🧼 Keeping food safety, cleaning and WHS on point

• Training and motivating the kitchen crew

• Working closely with the Head Chef and front of house

What you'll bring

• Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a busy kitchen

• 🎓 Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)

• NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)

• Energy, organisation and a team-first attitude

• Full Australian work rights
