- Lead kitchen shifts and maintain food quality, consistency and service standards.
- Manage preparation, stock rotation, ordering, wastage, food safety, cleaning and WHS.
- Train kitchen staff and work with the Head Chef and front-of-house team, with a pathway to Assistant Kitchen Manager.

Omni Recruit is working with a new Penrith wing restaurant set in a heritage church on Henry Street. As a new venue, there's a real chance to set the standard and build a kitchen team you're proud of. We need a Kitchen Supervisor ready to step up.
🔥 What you'll be doing
- Leading kitchen shifts and running the line
- Keeping quality and consistency high on every plate
- Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
- Keeping food safety, cleaning schedules and WHS on point
- Training new cooks and building strong kitchen habits
- Working closely with the Head Chef and front of house
✅ What you'll bring
- Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a busy kitchen
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Leadership, organisation and a positive attitude
- Full Australian work rights
