We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Business Advisory Services division.
The opportunity
This is a senior, client-facing role that goes beyond traditional administration. You'll play a key role in supporting leaders, coordinating workflows, managing stakeholder relationships and helping the team deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you need to apply
- Proven experience in a Senior Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar professional services role.
- Previous experience within accounting, financial services or another professional services environment is highly regarded.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders and foster positive working relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
- Experience coordinating client onboarding, engagement administration, compliance processes and billing activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for supporting people and teams.
