Your new role

• Leading and mentoring a small workplace operations team
• Managing front-of-house and guest experience services
• Coordinating meeting room setup, catering, and hospitality services
• Overseeing workplace facilities, maintenance, and contractor management
• Managing workplace security processes and access control systems
• Supporting health, safety, and compliance requirements
• Maintaining records management processes
• Providing general office administration and operational support

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in workplace operations, facilities, corporate reception, office management, hospitality, or a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a team
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• The ability to pass a National Police Check
