An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a growing boutique commercial property team.
You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of commercial assets, delivering high-quality service to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the property management division.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working autonomously and delivering exceptional outcomes for property owners and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an established commercial property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with owners, tenants and service providers
- Overseeing leases, rent reviews, outgoings, maintenance and reporting
- Coordinating contractors and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Preparing budgets and monitoring property performance
- Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio through relationships and referrals
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing a commercial property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and financial skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence are required.
