We’re looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality, retail or kitchen experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team throughout each shift
- Help coordinate smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Support food preparation, kitchen operations and bulk cooking
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
- Support team training and development
- Manage competing priorities across customer service, kitchen and retail operations
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment
