We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our venue management team.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the venue. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all areas, including gaming, cash handling, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for both patrons and team members.
