The Opportunity
Think open-kitchen dining, cocktails, two bars and a lively entertainment atmosphere.
You’ll lead the front-of-house food and beverage operation, build a strong team and create a welcoming experience for everyone, from casual diners to social groups and corporate events.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Recruiting, training and developing your team
- Leading service across dining, bars and events
- Managing rosters, labour costs and stock
- Setting service standards and building a positive team culture
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider venue leadership
- Driving sales and finding new ways to improve the guest experience
Who Will Suit This Role?
An experienced Assistant Manager or a Sr Duty Manager ready to step up.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
- A hands-on approach and strong leadership skills
- Commercial awareness across labour, stock and sales
- A genuine passion for food, beverage and customer service
- A positive, switched-on personality and the confidence to bring fresh ideas
- The ability to adapt, multitask and lead from the floor
Personality matters. They’re looking for someone energetic, a little quirky and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Someone who can build a team, create a great atmosphere and make guests want to return.
