Human Resources Intern
- Assist in organising and coordinating New Hire Orientation and training programs.
- Support the Human Resources Team with administrative tasks and compliance requirements.
- Promote training programs and create internal communication materials.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Assists in organising and coordinating New Hire Orientation and other required classroom training.
- Assists in organising program materials and filing of relevant reports.
- Helps promote and inform employees about training programs.
- Ensures participants receive the appropriate property and company orientation, understand program materials and build relationships with property leadership team.
- Assists in internal training checks and compliance requirements.
- Assists in drafting weekly newsletter and Commitment to Quality (daily briefing document).
- Assists in organising Take Care activities.
- Creates posters and visual materials for internal communication and HR initiatives.
- Other administrative tasks such as scanning and saving files, and others as assigned.
