What you'll be doing
- Running kitchen shifts through serious peaks
- 🍽️ Keeping every plate consistent, fast and to spec
- Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
- Keeping food safety, cleanliness and WHS tight
- 🤝 Training and leading cooks and kitchen hands
- Keeping kitchen and front of house in sync
What you'll bring
- Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
- ⚡ Speed, stamina and steady leadership
- Full Australian work rights
