Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
- Prioritize and ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
- Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks with candidates to ensure alignment with safety and performance standards.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges.
- Recruit and target the selection of candidates to meet specific client needs.
- Manage general administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
- Flexibility in both start and finish times is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Solid experience in warehousing operations.
- Strong familiarity with the logistics and supply chain sector.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Previous experience in a recruitment-related role is highly preferred.
- A solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly skilled in multitasking and managing customer expectations.
- Flexibility in working hours, with the potential for a rotating roster.
