Long estalsihed and growing busiess is looking for a People and Culture Manager to lead the way in supporting, engaging with employees.
About the role
As People and Culture Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind employee wellbeing, engagement and connection across the business. You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to design initiatives that make people feel supported, valued and motivated, from mental health programs through to the events that bring people together. This is a role for someone who’s just as comfortable setting strategy as they are rolling their sleeves up to deliver it.
What you’ll do
- Champion a strong, values-led culture across the business and act as a trusted, visible presence for employees at every level.
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, belonging and team connection.
- Build and run a holistic wellbeing strategy covering physical, mental and social health, including mental health programs and awareness campaigns.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of social events and employee experience moments, from team days and onboarding through to recognition and company-wide celebrations.
- Manage employee feedback channels such as surveys, turning insights into practical action and clear communication back to the business.
- Manage the people, wellbeing and events budget, tracking spend and forecasting accurately.
- Partner with leaders to embed positive people practices and build psychologically safe teams.
What you’ll bring
- A proven track record designing and delivering employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that make a genuine impact.
- Experience planning and delivering internal events and programs with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence at every level of the organisation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives without dropping the ball.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery.
