Join our People & Culture team and play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, assisting in Inductions, coordinating our staff for their 1st day arriving including arranging accommodation and live on orientation.
You will be responsible for the HR administration across Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari Beach Resort, our marine operations and touring businesses.

About the Role
As our Recruitment & Administration Officer, you'll be a central part of the employee journey from attraction through to onboarding and ongoing employment. You'll coordinate recruitment activities, support leaders in filling critical roles, assist with onboarding new team members and provide administration support across the employee lifecycle.
You'll also assist the P&C team to deliver employee engagement initiatives, reward and recognition programs, internal communications and events that contribute to a positive and connected workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across resorts, marine and touring operations
- Prepare and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
- Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling
- Manage pre-employment checks, compliance requirements and onboarding activities
- Coordinate employee inductions, 1st day arrival arrangements and accommodation requirements for new starters
- Prepare employment documentation and maintain employee records
- Provide administrative support across People & Culture processes and initiatives
- Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition activities and workplace events
- Coordinate internal communications, newsletters and employee notices
About You
You're a highly organised and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
You'll bring strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration or a similar people-focused role
- Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong computer and administration skills with experience using HR or recruitment systems
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
Experience within hospitality, tourism, accommodation, retail or other multi-site operational environments will be highly regarded.
