About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and engaging Recruitment Partner to join our close-knit team supporting contractors across the WA mining sector, specialising in Fixed Plant Maintenance and shutdown projects. This is a hands-on role that combines client management, recruitment, and compliance, where you’ll be managing high volumes of candidates while working closely with clients and field employees to deliver successful shutdown outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting for mechanical shutdown roles (e.g. Conveyor Technicians, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Riggers) Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple projects (up to 200+ casuals) Building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding workforce needs Regular phone screening, shortlisting, face to face interviews, and candidate engagement Managing compliance, onboarding, and mobilisation requirements Working closely with the internal team to deliver fast-paced shutdown schedules What We’re Looking For Proactive and confident - not afraid to pick up the phone Strong communication skills with both clients and candidates Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience in recruitment, labour hire, or shutdown environments (preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-focused with a collaborative and positive attitude Why Join Us Close-knit, supportive team environment Clear progression plan as you develop within the business Exposure to large-scale shutdown projects and ongoing work Strong, long-term relationships with clients and workforce Transparent and honest approach to how we operate Weekend on-call roster shared across the team Work from home flexibility once you’re up to speed If you’re interested in being part of our team, we’d love to hear from you.
