About Us
Red Rooster Prestons is a quick-service restaurant operated by MAAS (AUST) Pty Ltd. We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lead the team in achieving operational, customer service and business performance objectives.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum + superannuation
Role: Full-time
Location: Casula, NSW 2170
Main Duties
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Red Rooster outlet to ensure efficient service and operational performance.
- Determine and monitor product mix, stock levels, product availability and service standards, and coordinate ordering and inventory control.
- Monitor sales, food, labour and operating costs and assist with budgeting and cost-control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, cash transactions and other operational activities.
- Implement local marketing, promotions and sales initiatives in line with business and franchise requirements.
- Recruit, roster, train, supervise and manage the performance of restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, order accuracy and overall restaurant presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other operational requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher
- Minimum 1 year of relevant management experience in a fast-food, quick-service restaurant, hospitality or retail environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in rostering, stock control, budgeting and cost management
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets
