About the Company
Our client is an established organisation with a diverse workforce across multiple locations and an experienced People and Culture team. They are seeking an industrial relations practitioner to progress enterprise bargaining already underway.
About the Role
This is a six to twelve month fixed term contract employed directly by the organisation, with potential for permanency.
Working closely with senior People and Culture leadership, you will deliver an established industrial relations strategy. You will represent the organisation in union negotiations, coordinate bargaining meetings, prepare submissions and documentation, and drive agreed actions through to completion.
About You
You bring proven experience representing employers in enterprise bargaining and union negotiations, with clear examples of the outcomes you have delivered.
You understand the Fair Work Act, modern awards and enterprise agreement processes. You can prepare accurate bargaining documentation, identify industrial risks and quickly pick up work already underway.
Experience within healthcare or medical services will be highly regarded. We also welcome practitioners with strong bargaining experience in other complex, regulated environments.
Culture Fit
You build trust through sound judgement, clear communication and follow-through. You remain composed in challenging discussions and develop constructive union relationships while representing the organisation’s position.
You work independently, keep leaders informed and seek guidance when decisions sit outside your authority.
Why Move?
Put your IR expertise to work on active enterprise bargaining priorities, with direct access to senior People and Culture leadership. The role offers attractive remuneration and the opportunity to make a visible contribution across a diverse workforce.
