The Opportunity
Our client is privately owned property group led by an experienced leadership team with a strong track record across development, investment and asset management.

With a focus on long-term value creation, the business actively manages its assets through active management, leasing strategy and capital investment.
As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a flagship retail centre alongside a growing portfolio, working closely with senior leadership in a lean, high-performing team. This role offers real exposure to decision-making, strategy and value creation across existing assets.

The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a retail-led portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, tenant engagement and asset optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of day-to-day property and operational management across key assets
  • Managing budgets, reforecasting and financial performance including capex and opex
  • Overseeing lease administration, outgoings and compliance obligations
  • Supporting leasing activity, renewals and market reviews
  • Driving tenant relationships and enhancing customer experience
  • Managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs
  • Identifying and executing value-add and income enhancement opportunities
  • Delivering high-quality reporting and working closely with leadership on asset performance

About You
You are a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership.

You will bring:

  • Experience across retail property management (exposure to industrial or mixed-use beneficial)
  • Strong understanding of leases, outgoings and operational delivery
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build tenant relationships
  • Sound financial acumen across budgets, reporting and performance tracking
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
