Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of our client services across construction labour hire and commercial cleaning operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right people are allocated to the right job sites, services are delivered on time and meet client expectations, and day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage staff, build positive client relationships, coordinate workforce requirements and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction labour and cleaning services to clients
• Act as the main contact for clients on staffing needs, site requirements and service issues
• Plan rosters and allocate workers and cleaners to client sites
• Resolve client complaints and service problems promptly
• Monitor service quality, attendance and client satisfaction
• Prepare service budgets and monitor costs
• Make sure staff comply with site safety requirements and company procedures
• Recruit, induct and supervise workers and cleaners
• Maintain client records, service agreements and reports
• Promote the company’s services to new and existing clients

Skills and experience required

• At least a Diploma.
• At least one year of full-time experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
