With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth in the renewable and industrial sectors, they are looking to expand their internal Talent Acquisition capability.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a high-performing team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver best-practice recruitment solutions and support ongoing workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project delivery, and corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Proactively source, engage, and manage talent pipelines
- Conduct screening, interviews, and offer management
- Provide market insights and advise on hiring trends and candidate availability
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
About You
- 5+ years proven experience in internal recruitment or agency, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
