We're now seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Planner to join our dynamic team in our office located in Rivervale Office.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of resources including personnel across shutdown and project works
- Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and labour requirements
- Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Workforce Planning Manager
- Assisting with mobilisation requirements to ensure crews are compliant

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team player and capable of working autonomously
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
