About the role:
- Support revenue targets through proactive sales activity and account servicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency clients and contacts.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and responses to agency briefs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM information.
- Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams to meet agreed timelines.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting, client follow-up and sales planning.
- Provide responsive client service and broader coordination support to the Commercial team.
About you:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build effective client and agency relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, presentation and administrative skills, with experience preparing proposals, reports and client communications.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with exposure to media, sales or a client-facing environment desirable
