The Role
Reporting directly to the practice owner, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the suites while playing a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening the practice’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across a busy specialist practice
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated administrative team
- Coordinate theatre lists and ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
- Manage outsourced marketing providers and contribute to brand growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring GPs and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow the practice, including attracting additional specialists
- Ensure compliance, efficiency, and best practice standards across all functions
- Work with Best Practice software and optimise systems and processes
About You
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager within a specialist or medical environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially minded with a proactive, growth-focused approach
- Confident liaising with doctors, stakeholders, and external partners
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Best Practice software is highly regarded
