High-Volume Recruitment Coordinator
Do you enjoy working through a full pipeline of applicants, making quick, sound decisions and keeping a busy process moving? This role puts you at the centre of it.
Our client is a large Queensland business with a corporate office in Brisbane and operational and diverse teams across the state. Almost all their hiring is done in-house, and this role manages the volume. Some roles run all year round. Some campaigns attract several hundred applicants. - Screen large numbers of applications quickly and fairly
- Run phone screens every day, often back to back
- Build shortlists and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across the business

- Keep every candidate informed, even when the numbers are high
- Help move recruitment into Workday from March 2027

This role is about volume and process, not headhunting or executive search. You will spend most of your week on the phone and in the applicant tracking system.

- The ability to screen quickly while still treating every applicant with respect
- Confidence on the phone with people from all backgrounds, from office staff to people on remote sites
- Strong organisation, with the ability to juggle many roles without losing track
