An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer to join a busy and supportive team within a specialist healthcare environment based in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
Supporting a senior leader and broader clinical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the unit during a period of workforce transition. Your new role
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will provide high-level administrative support, assisting with operational priorities and maintaining essential services during a busy period.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating and maintaining medical staff rosters
  • Updating rosters to accommodate leave and unplanned absences
  • Assisting with onboarding and recruitment administration
  • Preparing agendas, correspondence, reports and other documentation
  • Supporting leadership with urgent administrative requests
  • General office administration and stakeholder support
  • Coordinating and organising information across multiple work streams

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous administration, team support or executive support experience
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative team member
  • Experience with rostering or workforce coordination will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience within healthcare, government or a complex corporate environment will be advantageous
