Major Data Centre Project | Western Sydney | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Project or Site Administrator looking to be part of one of Western Sydney's largest construction projects?

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project / Site Administrator to join a major data centre project currently underway in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a high-performing project team on a large-scale development with a strong pipeline of future work.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced site environment and has previous experience supporting construction, electrical, engineering, or infrastructure projects.

The Role:

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Engineers, and Commercial Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day project and site administration support
  • Managing project documentation, registers, and correspondence
  • Assisting with document control and maintaining accurate project records
  • Coordinating subcontractor onboarding, inductions, and compliance documentation
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and project-related paperwork
  • Supporting project reporting and administrative requirements
  • Assisting with variations, estimating, and commercial administration activities
  • Coordinating meetings, minutes, travel, and general project support functions
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar
  • Experience within construction, electrical, engineering, services, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider project team
  • Experience with project management and document control systems will be highly regarded
