People Services Administrator
Parramatta, NSW| Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | Hybrid working
$60,000 - $70,000 base salary + super | Permanent Full Time

We’re looking for a People Services Administrator to join our Sydney People Services team in Parramatta.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in HR Administration, People Services or Recruitment Support who enjoys working with people, systems and processes and has a serious eye for detail.

You’ll support employees, leaders and candidates across the employee lifecycle, working closely with Payroll, Recruitment and the wider People Team to keep things moving accurately and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Manage our central People Services inbox and HR helpline, providing timely and helpful support to employees, leaders and candidates.
• Process day-to-day employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, variations, roster updates and employee data changes.
• Keep our HRIS and employee records accurate, ensuring changes are completed quickly and correctly.
• Support payroll accuracy by maintaining high-quality, up-to-date employee information.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, work rights and visa documentation.
• Follow up outstanding clearances and onboarding requirements.
• Work with Payroll and Recruitment to resolve operational enquiries and keep processes moving.
• Track key People Services requirements, including probation and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience.
