The role:
You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all people related issues. With a key focus on maximising engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Provide successful resourcing solutions; ensure quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business.
- Assist our Leaders with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and culture
- Deliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment laws
- Fulfilling the role of OHS/Return to Work Coordinator
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reporting
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification in HR or a related field and a proven track record
- A minimum of 5 years HR experience is required with evidence of successful HR projects
- Experience with Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation is essential
- Demonstrated experience in execution of HR activities and deliverables
- Strong management, strategic planning and goal setting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
