Underground HD Fitter -8&6
- Prepare meals in commercial kitchens across FIFO sites in the Northern Territory, including bulk cooking and high-volume food production.
- Follow HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards while working independently or as part of a kitchen team.
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and a recent National Police Check, or be willing to obtain one.

We're looking for chefs who are:
- Confident and capable in a commercial kitchen environment
- Experienced in bulk cooking or high-volume food production
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a larger kitchen team
- Familiar with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
