We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and people-focused individual to join our North Lakes team as Head of Site Coordinator.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the North Lakes site across four buildings, leading and managing a team of Receptionists to ensure a high standard of service for all visitors and employees. You will provide ‘hands on’ coordination for North Lakes, working closely with your reception team and key stakeholders to ensure a high standard of reception and administrative support for existing and new employees. The Head of Site function plays a key role in driving inclusiveness and engagement across North Lakes.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads and external vendors, coordinating site visit requests, managing correspondence and communication boards, and facilitating meetings and briefings that contribute to the overall strategic intent of Head of Site.. You will also plan and execute site-wide events, catering and corporate celebrations for 1000+ staff, whilst developing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that promote open communication, work-life balance and recognition. To support the ongoing success of the site, you will review KPIs, performance metrics and budgets to drive continuous improvement, whilst coordinating training programmes and maintaining compliance in line with company policies.

Site Operations & Management: Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the North Lakes site across four buildings. Conduct regular site walk-throughs and inspections to uphold safety, compliance and presentation standards
