Your new role

Coordinate client correspondence and maintain accurate electronic client records. Maintain the document management system and support consistent use across the team. Prepare engagement letters, proposals, correspondence and reports. Assist with billing, invoicing, debtor management and accounts receivable follow-up. Support workflow coordination, lodgement tracking and reporting. Liaise with external stakeholders, including the ATO, on client matters where required. Monitor shared inboxes, calendars and administrative workflows. Manage ASIC and corporate compliance tasks, including annual statements, lodgements, company changes, forms and resolutions. Assist with client onboarding, offboarding and the establishment of new client entities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the client experience.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an accounting, professional services or similar office environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.Experience with ASIC and ATO processes, lodgements and client administration.A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.A collaborative working style and willingness to support the wider team.
