Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team full-time. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and administrating contracts, and overseeing crucial projects, while supporting all areas of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects, contracts, and all services are run successfully.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts for commercial fit-out projects.
- Develop contract proposals and contractual agreements.
- Management of all variations, extensions, delays and disruption claims
- Managing Non-Conformances.
- Review and process contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Maintaining comprehensive project files to ensure document completeness.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Report to senior management on a regular basis and advise of any current or potential issues.
- Monitor the effectiveness of contractors in the delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Review and process contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Create regular monthly status reports regarding progress on projects.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports.
The successful candidate will meet the following Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree - Civil Engineer, Engineer, or Industrial Engineer.
- At least 2 years full-time proven experience as a contract administrator or similar role, preferably in the fire safety and electricity industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, team management, organisational skills with the ability to maximise resource utilization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Fire Safety and Electrical Industry
- Excellent spoken and written English-Spanish.

Role – FULL TIME; Salary - $80,000.00 to $95,000.00
