Base Criteria
- Australian Citizen (ideally for clearances)
- Able to secure a clear National Police Check and potentially pass AGVSA Clearances
- 5+ years Recruitment Consultancy experience or
- 7 years' ADF - Army, RAN, RAAF experience maintaining this equipment is also highly regarding
- At least 2 years' Defence Sector operational or recruitment experience within manufacturing, repair or assembly; across the following industries: - Shipbuilding, Submarines, Navigation Systems, Armoured Vehicles, Small Arms, Explosive Ordnance, Military Equipment Manufacturers, Military Components or Military Communications.
- Driven, active, self-starter, eager team-player who wants to generate a good income through high commissions (30% to 50%)
- Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets and industry-specific requirements.

Outline Duties
- Recruiting Permanent and Fixed-Term roles across Australia (potentially internationally).
- Business generation, service delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
- Supporting Clients across the Defence Combat Asset spectrum - Land, Aerospace or Navy.
