We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a respected not-for-profit organisation based in Sydney CBD.

Supporting the CEO, Board and Executive Team, this is a fast-paced and varied role that will suit someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Offering a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home , this is an excellent opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation while making a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Team
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence
  • Coordinate Board meetings, organisational events and key business activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas and communications
  • Support governance, compliance and contract administration processes
  • Manage confidential information and executive expenses
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with project coordination and organisational initiatives as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • The confidence to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team

Desirable

  • Experience within the not-for-profit sector
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check
