Your new company
A professional services firm specialising in business advisory, wealth management, tax, legal services, and asset management, this boutique organisation supports an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients. With two Executive Assistants already supporting senior leaders across the business, they are now seeking an experienced EA to partner with a busy leader within their legal division.
Your new role
This is a traditional Executive Assistant role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact. You will take ownership of complex diary management, meeting coordination, client liaison, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive support. Working closely with the wider support team, including the two other EAs, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's busy schedule.
Duties:

  • Complex diary management across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Managing changing priorities and ensuring the executive remains organised and prepared
  • Liaising with high-net-worth clients and senior stakeholders
  • Preparing meeting packs, agendas and supporting documentation
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Screening and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Monitoring action items and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Assisting with presentations, reports and business documents
  • Building strong relationships across the wider business and client network
  • Providing confidential administrative and executive support

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and approachable
  • Legal experience is highly regarded
  • Strong relationship skills

Please note, this isnota Legal Secretary position. Legal experience is sought purely because familiarity with legal terminology, documentation and the environment will help someone get up to speed quickly and add value from day one.
