You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships across teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving outcomes against challenging deadlines, even when you don't have direct ownership of the work.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in workforce reporting, analytics, workforce planning, position management, HRIS, or a related field.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and insights using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
