Venue Manager
- Lead a large, multi-department entertainment venue spanning food and beverage, bowling, escape rooms, karaoke and arcade experiences.
- Own the guest journey and venue performance, including P&L, labour optimisation and revenue growth.
- Coach and manage a team of 40+ with support from assistant managers and supervisors, maintaining high service standards.

Backed by a high-performing support structure of Assistant Managers, supervisors, and an energetic crew of 40+, you'll own the guest journey from early corporate team-building events right through to packed weekend celebration crowds.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 1+ years as a Venue Manager or similar in large-format, multi-department, or multi-faceted venues

- Exceptional time management skills and a passion for fast-paced, high-volume operations
