The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for the People & Culture team, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee queries and delivering smooth employee lifecycle processes within a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation. The role will suit an organised and systems-savvy HR professional who enjoys working with HR systems, data and reporting, while looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team, you will play an important role in ensuring HR systems and data are accurate, efficient and well maintained, while providing a positive employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating employee queries via shared inboxes and ticketing systems
  • Supporting end-to-end HR administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and system integrity
  • Producing workforce reports, dashboards and insights (Power BI)
  • Supporting compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)
  • Supporting HRIS workflows, access and system usage
  • Assisting with system upgrades, testing and optimisation
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Supporting employee experience and recognition programs

About you

You are a highly organised HR Coordinator with strong systems capability, attention to detail and a genuine interest in improving HR processes and ways of working.

You bring:

  • 2+ years' HR operations or coordination experience
  • Tertiary HR qualification
  • Confident HRIS and systems capability
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience (Excel and ideally Power BI)
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and technology
